The 1 bedroom, Condo Unit #2 and #3 located in Port Duncan Estates has a beautiful view from 100 ft. directly above the water (hence "CLIFF DWELLINGS"). Large loft bedroom upstairs overlooking the living room, living room/dinning room (with fireplace), kitchen, and wet bar, half bath down stairs with patio facing the lake. Upstairs has 1 full bath, 1 large bedroom with queen size bed (#3 has King size bed), laundry facilities, plus a glass enclosed balcony sunroom with a beautiful view facing the lake. A hideaway couch in the living room serves as a second bed.
