From Tulsa:

I-44 to the Vinita Exit, turn left on Highway 69.

After you pass through the toll gate, turn right on Highway 85. Through BERNICE to Highway 125 (Lil' Offshore Convenience Store is a landmark)

Turn right and you are on your way to Monkey Island.

Port Duncan is about 4 and 1/2 miles from the convenience store.

From Kansas City:

Take Highway # 71 to Joplin (look for Alternate #71 to bypass Joplin) to Interstate 44.

Take #44 west to the Afton, OK Exit, then #59 south to #125.

#125 takes you right onto Monkey Island, at which time you will be approximately 4-1/2 miles from Port Duncan and Cliff Dwellings.
